My child may develop an identity crisis

My daughter has a lot of nicknames... it much be confusing for her. Though, she really only responds to Fynnleigh, Fynn and Fynnie. The rest of the names we call her must just sound like jibberish. Here's a list of the names I can think of right now:
  • Fynnie
  • Fynnie-Fynn
  • Phineas
  • Fynnie-boo
  • Boo
  • Boo-Boo (complete with asking if she wants a pick-a-nic basket)
  • Bitty
  • Bids
  • Bitty- Boo
  • Fynn Fynn
  • Bitty Baby
  • Chubs (FYI, this is said with the utmost love. Her bitty baby chub is adorable)
Clearly I have a thing for nicknames, because I wrote this post about poor Zoey's impending identity crisis more than two years ago. It's funny to look at because we still call Zoey a lot of those nicknames... I wonder if, in another two years, we'll still be calling Fynn by any of these names?

  2. I feel the same way. I call WB Willie. Even in real life. I need to stop that!

  3. Of all the nicknames I had for Aubrey in the first few months of her life, the only one we've really continued 2 years later is Lovey.
