Who are you, and what have you done with my husband?

Drew's been on a bit of a health kick lately. And by health kit I mean that he's making better food choices and not eating as much crap as we usually do. Most of his "diet" is just the common sense, more fruits and veggies, less sugar and carbs. He's doing great with it. In fact he's lost 5 pounds.

I, on the other hand, eat the same usual crap, and luckily haven't gained any weight. Yay for nursing which has allowed me to each way more then I ever should and actually not gain weight. 

That said, Drew's diet has me thinking I should probably be making some better choices since, you know, I won't be nursing forever and I feel like as soon as I stop, I'm going to blow up to epic proportions. 

I digress. This post wasn't supposed to be about my own food issues. Rather, I was intending to share a little anecdote from this weekend. I bought donuts this weekend. Cause, you know, they're awesome :) After eating one, he looked at me and said "you know, I'd really just rather have some yogurt right now"

my jaw may have hit the floor.

  1. lol if my husband started eating healthier I would have the same reaction. Right now I am pregnant but will be breastfeeding soon as well, so I'm not too worried yet about what I eat, but I better start eventually :)
