Catching Fire Prize Pack Giveaway

Disclaimer: I received a Catching Fire prize pack in exchange for my post and hosting the giveaway. All opinions are my own.

I've been in love with The Hunger Games series since I read the first book 4 years ago. I read all three books in about a week because I just couldn't put them down. The books are so addicting and exciting, I loved every minute of reading them.

Then I was psyched about seeing The Hunger Games movie, it was so much fun to see a book I love transferred into a movie. I loved the people they cast to play the main characters and thought they did a really good job with it. Soon Catching Fire is coming out, and I can't wait to see what they did with the second (and my favorite!) book.

While waiting for the movie to come out on November 22nd, you can enter to win a Catching Fire prize pack which includes: a movie poster, official movie t-shirt with mockingjay logo, two wristbands, an iPhone cleaner and an iPhone dot. A fantastic prize pack if you're a Hunger Games fan like I am.

  1. I loved loved loved the books and first movie! I had to read the first book for a YA Lit class I took and I finished it in a few hours and had to run to walmart right after to get the other two books! I am so excited for Catching Fire!

  2. I am going to be honest, I didn't read the books. Sad, I know. My fiancé did and he loved them, and I am usually the reader. I also HATED!!! the movie when it first came out. I couldn't stomach the fact that people were okay with killing kids for pleasure and entertainment, at the time I had just read some missionary stories about similar situations except just because people believe in Jesus, they were being put in awful and deathly situations by others who have no right. I guess it was more of a reality that THIS REALLY HAPPENS even today. Not the flames or the parading around in weird clothes and crazy special effects. Which is why I now like the movies and have to move past that initial disgust, but always when watching it I am reminded to pray for workers in the plentiful harvest that looks (in some places) similar to The Hunger Games. Sorry for the rant, I am excited about this giveaway!

    Love and Blessings,
