Summer Workout Plan: Week 2

Week 2 of my plan to workout every (week)day this summer is going pretty strong. Wednesday concluded week 2. Here's what I did: Last Thursday I was a lazy bum and didn't workout during nap time. Friday and Sunday I ran 3 miles (Sunday was to make up for Thursday's fail). Monday I started my dance class. I'm taking an adult hip hop class this summer to try something new and I LOVE it. So much fun, something different and the instructor is super nice. Tuesday and Wednesday I did week 2 of Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 video again.

I ate pretty well this past week, though Drew and I did binge on some ice cream (so worth it). Week 1 I lost about 2 pounds. This week I lost 1, so I'm happy (at least I'm not gaining weight!).

However, I'm sure I'll be ruining any weight I lost this week since today is the 4th of July, so I'm sure I'll be eating plenty, and tomorrow is Fynn's birthday party which means cake and snacks! Working out so much makes me feel less guilty when I eat poorly... though that's probably a bad thing because sometimes that guilt actually keeps me from eating junk!
