Summer Workout Plan: Week 6

Like I said, last week was rough between Fynn not napping, and not feeling well. I didn't workout last Thursday, but on Friday I hopped back on the 30 Day Butt Challenge bandwagon and did Days 10 and 11.

Monday I went to my dance class which is always an awesome workout. I must brag a little bit; I held my plank longer than the 18 year olds in the class. Not going to lie, that felt pretty good. What didn't feel so good was pulling my calf muscle... I'm not sure what I did, but it's been sore all week. 

Tuesday I pulled out Jillian Michaels' Ripped in 30 Week 3 again. It's hard, bit I feel so strong after, I really need to do it more. 



Wednesday I got all motivated and did Focus T25 Alpha Cardio (say that 3 times fast). It was a great workout, though I ended up taking three breaks during it because Drew kept calling about different things. I pretty much needed those breaks though, not going to lie. It's "only" 25 minutes, but you go,go,go the entire time. I have the whole Alpha and Beta disk sets for Focus T25, so I want to start doing it on a regular basis.
