I need to run, really need to run

I haven't run or done any other type of workout for the past 5 weeks. Between school AND grad school starting, running after Fynn, buying a house, and having horrendous morning sickness for the first 15 weeks, I just didn't feel up to it... nor did I really have the time.

And I'm missing it.

My muscles all feel tight, my body feels weak and I just feel restless. I need to make the time this week to do some kind of workout, even if it's just a short run after work before I pick up Fynn. My body needs that release and my mind needs the break that only comes from focusing on moving my body.
